Diamond Dreams Music Productions is a state-of-the-art, full-service recording and production studio offering a wide variety of services including:

Composing & Arranging, Producing,, Recording, Midi Production, Mastering, Performing, Sequencing, and Sound & Patch Programming. 

Designed by Pat Woertink, this cutting-edge facility is completely soundproofed using specially mounted wood, fabric, and sound absorbing materials to tune the rooms for recording, mixing, and mastering.  Triple-paned windows preserve the surreal mountain and city light views as well as preventing outside noise from creeping in.

Composing and Arranging: We are very proficient at creating a master quality /Radio/Film/TV/Game/Commercial recording given a musical idea, script, music style, Visual, Artist direction, Company direction or just starting from scratch, and can have it pumping out of a console, television or even an iphone 4 in no time at all.

Producing: Adept at bringing out the best in artists with respect to cultivating, reflecting and capturing their musical ideas in a studio environment. We are very passionate towards the artist thoughts and ideas on the creation of their tracks and have completed numerous professional productions and high caliber recordings for many talented groups and artists. We can produce (great sounding) in house full band tracks, stripped down piano or guitar accompaniment or anything in between. We are able to create or pull from our sound library many different grooves & sounds to fit that special style for any songwriters needs. Please keep in mind we also have access to many great musicians who can be brought in to play on your tracks for that certain style the song may require.

Diamond Dreams Music Studio's has the awesome sounding Sony DMX-R100 Digital Mixer, Genelec Monitors, KRK Monitors, Thiel Mastering Monitors & Subs, Apple MAC Pro 8 core Intel computers, Avalon & DBX mic pre amps, MOTU 2408's audio interfaces, TC Electronics Voiceworks & Digital Reverb's,  Lexicon Reverb's, Roland Digital Reverb's, and an array of mic's such as: Neumann U87 & U47 vocal mic's, Wright (hand made acoustic guitar Mic), Audio Tech 4057 mic's, AKG 414's mic's and more.

Digital Performer 7.2, Bias Peak Pro and Pro Tools 8, are used for audio recording, sequencing and editing. MOTU MACH Five & KONTAKT are now in use for our huge 800 gig library of samples, sounds, instruments, and drum loops. 

Primary hardware synths are: NORD Lead II, Yamaha Motif XS, E-MU MP-7 , XL-7, Korg MS2000, Roland XV-5080, two Novation Supernovas II's, Kurzweil 2661 & 2500 XR, Studiologic 88 weighted controller, and a Tokai B3 organ (incredible Hammond clone) with Leslie...

Software instruments and effects plug-ins include: Audio Ease Altiverb, DUY Native pack, Universal Audio card with many of there top of the line mastering plug ins, Gary Garritan Orchestral and Big Band Libraries, Native Instruments B4 II, Spectrasonics Stylus RMX, Trillian & Omnisphere, Synthogy Ivory, Steinberg V Guitarist & Groove Agent, Studio Devil guitar amps, Propellerhead Rebirth and Reason, East-West Orchestral & Choir Libraries and more.

For live drum tracks, drummers love the custom RET Percussion Drum kit with the AWESOME drums sounds from Toontrack DFH Superior II.

Digital Recording and Midi-Production: We use midi-based, digital audio and analog production studio's containing state of the art recording and outboard gear along with the latest versions of midi keyboards, samplers, analog synths, sound libraries, computers, sequencing software, digital audio recording software, sound modules, microphones, drum modules and V-drums. Also we have many years of experience in outboard effects, plug-ins, programming and manipulation.

Mastering: Here at Diamond Dreams Music we also include Mastering your music for CD duplication.  This means along with song order and hot level placement we can add EQ, Tube warmth, stereo imaging, and more to get your two track mixes to sound much better.  Sometimes up to 25% better! Give it that extra edge, make the sound of the album really stand out. This is where in-depth experience and specialized mastering tools can make a real difference in your final master.

Performing: Raphael De Giorgio (senior producer at Diamond Dreams Music) has been playing and programming keyboards for many years and has toured through many clubs, concert venues, stadiums and churches playing keyboards on the same bill with many well-known pop, rock, jazz, R&B and blues acts. He also has played on many tracks for various different CD and album projects at many of L. A.'s premier recording studios (Record Plant, Conway, Sound City, Skip Sailor, Red Zone, Etc.) and has many years of Hammond organ, Piano and Synthesizer performing experience.  (Got Chops!)

Sequencing: We have mastered the art of "human feel" creating incredibly realistic instrumentation, drum and percussion tracks. Have worked many years with various kinds of midi music software packages which includes sequencing, digital recording and notation. Also programmed & recorded many eclectic songs & samples for the prestigious "Kurzweil" and "Novation" companies.

Sound Programming: Created and recorded many sound banks for different keyboards, sound modules, samplers and drum machines. Programmed and performed sequences, sounds and effects for many years and have worked with an arsenal of different products. Completed several sound banks and sequences for various major keyboard manufacturers and many of these creations have been used in different TV, Radio and film tracks.
